During the month
A real close, not a sample report.
The pilot uses your existing QuickBooks Online company and an agreed set of accounts for one service period.
Transaction categorization
Review and categorize activity based on available documentation and your input.
Bank and credit-card reconciliations
Reconcile the agreed accounts through the pilot month.
A/R and A/P review
Review open customer and vendor balances and flag unresolved items.
Month-end reporting
Deliver a Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and straightforward summary so you can understand the month’s results and use them to guide strategic decisions.
